A true Polish staple! The sauerkraut we use is an all-natural product only containing water, cabbage, and salt. Sauerkraut pierogi are stuffed with tangy sauerkraut, sautéed onions and spices. We recommend serving with sour cream and a garnish of fresh dill. Sauerkraut is one of the “star ingredients” at the Wigilia (Polish Christmas Eve) dinner table, but what’s stopping you from enjoying them all year round?
