Potato Bread Loaf
Our Potato Bread loaves are made with wheat flour and riced gold potatoes. Moist and very sliceable, this bread is excellent for sandwiches and toast, or as a "bread and butter" slice. The dough is rested and then risen for an extended period of time which improves the flavor and texture. The loaves are approx. 1.3lb each, baked in long sandwich loaf pans to golden brown perfection.
Ingredients: Potatoes, Flour (Wheat Flour, Potassium Bromate, Enzyme), Whole Milk, Eggs, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Yeast.
