Potato Kopytka

The word "kopytka" in Polish means "little hooves", which is the characteristic shape of this dumpling. Made with potatoes and flour, these delicious and tender dumplings are very versatile in its use. Fry them on their own with a dash of butter/oil (as you would pierogi), serve with a heavier sauce (perhaps with added veggies or cheese), or as a dessert when dusted with cinnamon sugar or other sweet topping of choice.

Ingredients: Potatoes, Flour (Wheat Flour, Potassium Bromate, Enzymes), Eggs, Salt.
