Rye Bread Loaf (Plain, No Caraway)

Our Delicatessen style (Jewish) Rye breads are made with a blend of wheat and rye flours to balance out flavor and texture. This version (unlike the other we bake) does not have caraway seeds). Our rye loaves are baked on stones to ensure an evenly browned and crispy crust!

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat, Potassium Bromate, Enzymes), Organic Whole Grain Rye Flour, Vital Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Sugar, Salt.
