Our bestseller! The dish originates from an area of Ukraine that at one time was part of Poland. It translates to ‘Ruthenian’ pierogi- not “Russian”, which involves two main components: potato, and either ricotta or twaróg. These traditional dumplings are stuffed with light and fluffy riced russet potatoes, natural whole milk ricotta cheese, and deeply caramelized onions. You’re sure to love them, too!!
These pierogi are frozen in our blast chiller and should be kept in your freezer until ready to be eaten.
