Potato & Sharp Cheddar Kopytka
The word "kopytka" in Polish means "little hooves", which is the characteristic shape of this dumpling. Made with potatoes and flour, these delicious and tender dumplings are very versatile in its use. We recommend frying them on their own with a dash of butter/oil (as you would pierogi). This recipe is similar to our original Potato Kopytka, but with added sharp cheddar cheese and other flavorings mixed in the dough!
